I only eat 1x daily, and not a yuge meal.
No booze, no soda, no grains knowingly, no breads.
Doing great, so far.
I don’t have to wake up to pee, not even one time —ever.
Lots of other benefits. I went through Keto Flu and my lifts went down for a time but now they’re back to normal.
