Thanks again Ftr. This is simply more evidence that Keto seems to be the best way to go. Here’s my takeaway quote from the article (and I think they’re understating the benefits):

It’s important to distinguish exactly what kind of fats. You should try to get as much Omega 3s as possible, too much Omega 6 can lead to inflammation, if not balanced out with Omega 3s.

Get off carbs and sugar, count carbs, the ones you count should be root vegetables and seeds or nuts.
You will not have diabetes if you keep your carbs low. 80g or less. Now if you need to lose a lot of weight. Keep your carbs below that. Maybe 50g. You do not need ketosis but if you take long breaks between meals as you should, you will end up in ketosis most of the time.
You dont need to AIM for high fat. Just eating good animal proteins from clean animals will get you there, and use good grass fed butter or other healthy oil when you cook your eggs and veggies etc.
