Marriage is defined in the Bible: Genesis 2:24 "That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh." Theft is also defined in the ten commandments: Exodus 20. So is murder. What if the state made murder and theft legal, would that be acceptable?
