Yes, I agree with that. Men who stay single most of their lives will probably not seek out a wife in latter years and will die single.
God blesses both the single and the married life if it is lived for Him.
If this current trend to stay single is only for self-gratifying reasons, then those individuals will experience a much lonelier existence, however.
It is not self gratification to look at the current situation and say “not worth it” if it actually isn’t. And it usually isn’t.
Exceptions abound, clearly. We are talking about a trend, not a universal rule.
