Virtally all of the U.S. population growth in the last 50 years has been due to immigrants, and the first and second generation children of immigrants. I presume that's what you wanted?
And it's not just numbers, its age ratios. Check out the ratios between under-5's and over-75's. Or the ratios of just-joined-the-labor-force vs just-qualified-for-Medicare.
