You are correct about Diana’s brother and his red hair. IMO, Harry resembles his uncle.
When Diana was younger, she had strawberry blond hair. Her sisters are also redheads.
I’m not positive but I believe her father had red hair when he was young. Red hair runs in the Spencer family.
It’s unfair to Diana’s memory to assume that, just because Harry has red hair, that Harry isn’t Charles’ son. Red hair is a Spencer trait.

Yeah, send him somewhere where the weather is hot/dry, and the inhabitants are hostile and hate Brits.
