About 4,000 Dallas County citizens have been summoned to appear Friday morning as the jury selection process gets underway.

Damn, that's a lot of people to get screwed out of work and only make $2 a day... But hey, at least the city will make up for it in parking tickets and all!

Jury pay in Dallas County is $6 for the first day and $40 per day after that.
