Whatever happened to empirical verification and falsifiability? I guess they do not apply to global warming they do not apply to anything.

Before we all get too wound up about it. Its semi-idle speculation, no more then that. Some college/university PR type likely picked it up and ran with it. Getting one’s feather ruffled about does not more then keep the story going.

Nothing happened to them. Nobody said these ideas were true. Science also requires creativity and the ability to come up with new ideas.
