>>>Young black men:. 3% of the population. 50% of the murder<<<
To be fair, I’ve read that the Statistic is 3.5% of the Population.
Justifiable Homicide?

Yes, she probably got her @$$ shot by treating the man as if he was an inmate and talking big sh*t to him.
________
Yeah, whenever anyone treats me hatefully, my first response is always to blow him away/s.
Well, that was very nice and kindly to not kill anyone over a fender bender. Kudos to you both!
Thanks - it’s definitely a low bar to meet.
And you just explained why a female customs inspector friend of mine would always put her uniform on at work and change into street clothes before going home. The others all came and went in uniform. She had more awareness of possible issues of being in uniform when not at work I guess.
I get the feeling that the deceased mom was dressed in uniform when she got out of the car, and that is what got her killed.
Zero evidence of such.
One thing I consistently do is immediately show concern for the other driver and that immediately de-escalates any potential hostile encounter. It is very annoying to be in an automobile accident, especially when it's clearly the other guys fault. But it is key to stay calm and be civil and kind with the other driver.
I've seen other fender bender scenes where one of both persons jump out of their cars waving their arms and shouting. That is NEVER a good approach.
Yikes. Of course it is these articles that make me, probably unfounded, to drive in the USA. I fear that any altercation will turn into me getting shot by someone who is normally law abiding but armed. Does this happen often?
But he is a prison sergeant. You think he would be one of the good guys?
No, she was the prison employee.
No, not at all. I'm just saying that my experience with female prison guards is that they get so used to telling big men what to do, they think they can treat people outside of the prison the way they treat inmates inside the prison.
Of course she didn't deserve to be shot over it, but I think if she had been timid or respectful, she probably wouldn't have gotten shot.

Does she let her badge go to her head outside of the prison? The woman I know certainly did.
The odds of it happening are a lot better when you don't treat people with respect. I do not know for a fact that she yelled at him, but my experience with a woman prison guard leads me to believe she probably did.
The one I know was simply intolerable when she was working at the prison. She talked to everyone as if they had to do what she said. Might be what she has to do in prison, but outside of prison, that is a very bad way to behave.
I was being facetious.
I understand that some people get drunk with power, having met Police Officers married to Friends of my Wife.
One of them was a Wife Beater and the other committed Insurance Fraud. He thought he could get away with it, just because.
As far as my S-I-L goes, nope. She walked into that Prison Job as a bleeding heart Liberal (thanks to her moronic Ex Husband). Now she gets it. LOL
The woman I know was just an ordinary guard, and she became insufferable with her "I'm a cop, and you should treat me like a cop" attitude.
I recall one incident in which she was involved in some sort of incident with actual police officers, and she started that "Hey! I'm one of you!" bit with them, and they were having none of it. :)
She got put in her place and embarrassed on that occasion.

That's a good outcome! :)
I've heard that some of the people who join the police force are liberal, but after a few months of dealing with people's problems, they turn conservative.
“Safari Rules,

Do Not Make Eye Contact.”

Absolutely right. No matter what happens, once you make eye contact they have the right to kill, and you become the perpetrator if you resist. Just ask George Zimmerman.
It IS a bad way to behave, but it doesn’t merit being shot and killed.
No it doesn't, but when you run across an animal, it's best not to provoke them unless you have no other choice.
How do you tell if you're dealing with an animal? You don't. That's why it's always best to be polite until you find out.
“Something is lacking.”
Responsibility. Taken away when the Democrats promised to take care of them. 70% of black kids don’t have a father involved in their lives. I’m guessing it is even higher in Milwaukee. (In D.C., it is 84% of kids without a dad!!).
