RCP averages are lagging indicators. Things can move quickly in primaries. Morris is right that Bernie’s probably peaked and his followers will go to Warren as they leave.
Biden’s problem is that he has lost ground ever since he started talking. He’s the conservative in the Dem spectrum. I can’t think of a Dem candidate who is to Biden’s right.
