The Antibiotic Vitamin

I've been taking at least 10k of vitamin D daily since posting this article.

For the last 10 years, I’ve taken 5,000 units of D3 each day + my whole foods multi-vitamin.

Oatmeal, banana, strawberries, skim milk, chicken breast and 60-70oz water each day. Fitness club 5 days a week.

...and my funeral is next week.

Foods that provide vitamin D include:

1. Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon.
2.Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals.
3. Beef liver.
4. Cheese.
5. Egg yolks.

I am onboard will all of those, except for #2.
