It's not new...just hasn't been like that in about 30 years. But most of us here are VERY familiar with that agony.

Any Browns fans that were not at 6 years old in 1989 does not know the emotion that Charger, Viking, and Bills fans have known intimately (although, the chargers have no remaining fans as near as I can tell) throughout the Super Bowl era.
