If this one is like its slower, older sibling, the Veyron, the tires will need to be replaced, the brakes redone and the front machineguns recalibrated. No need to redo the ejection seat, just lowering the passenger window kills with the wind shear!

If you have to ask about the fuel consumption, insurance or operational cost, you are not whom they are marketing this car to! As for me, it scares the daylights out of me if one is on the road within a 500 mile radius! WOW!
