You should not consume less than 1700 calories a day on a Keto diet.
The good news, is that it’s the easiest thing to do, since you don’t get all that hungry, especially when you combine Keto with Intermittent Fasting.
So you don't cut calories but lose weight? Is that because you're increasing exercise? If proponents of this diet are claiming that they are not reducing calories, or increasing exercise, but are losing weight, then they're claiming that the First Law of Thermodynamics is no longer valid.
