It’s verrrrry common to pass through KETO FLU, which generally lasts 3 or 4 days, when you first start going keto.
Brain fog, low energy and risk of nearly pooping your GD pants about 3 or 4 times.
Nice, eh..? Should make you really popular.
But after you get through it the other side is FINE.

I eased into doing Keto, so I never got the “Keto Flu”, I just gradually decreased my Carb intake over the course of several weeks and eased into it.
