Once I get to my target weight, I will probably add in a few more carbs, but from low-glycemic fruits, and I will eat some more legumes, which are things that are discouraged on a Keto diet.
IMHO, that's the keys to successful Keto, finding the amount of carbs to maintain your target weight. Currently, I am at my target weight and 50 to 60 carbs per day is my magic number.
Strawberries and blueberries with pecans smothered in heavy cream is my favorite add on.
