That’s what I couldn’t understand either. I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and it’s HARD to lose weight, but when I was walking 40 minutes a day and counting calories, I lost 38 pounds. It wasn’t easy because of my slow metabolism, but if she’s running AND eating healthy, she should lose weight.

More like eating healthily. She says she like the after race beverages...and the post run carbs, I suspect.
