Manager doesn’t = owner. If she’s not the owner, she’s stealing. She should pay for it herself. There’s been arrests and law suits over this behavior of employees.
Why should anyone pay for anything? Every joe blow could ask for their free pizza. She’s encouraging bums to congregate there which will run off customers.
That’s what’s happening in uber liberal Austin, TX after the lib mayor, against Gov. Abbott’s advice, decided to allow the homeless to camp anywhere a few weeks ago. They’re camping out on front doors of businesses and making advances at customers. There’s nothing the owners can do. The owners can’t call the cops because it’s now legal. Owners are closing early for the safety of employees and several have already put their businesses up for sale. They’ll have to take reduced sale prices because no new owner would want to deal with it.
San Francisco disease is spreading.
You and I are in complete agreement. If she isn’t the owner she has no business doing it unless she cleared it with the owner first.
