Trump’s hiring practices really need some improvement.
Sure, Trump knew Omarosa was ambitious but she did work tirelessly on his campaign and was a very effective ambassador to the Black community during the campaign.
She really could have done fine service in his administration and most felt that bringing her in to work as an ambassador to the Black community was a good idea at the time.
Consider this, the case of President Trump is exceptional in history.
Both the Democrat and Republican in the power structure and tons of foreign interests inside and outside of government are desperate to undermine and remove the President at any cost so there are infinite opportunities to betray the president and no shortage of people inside and outside the administration who have been actively trying to manipulate and turn President Trump officials and surrogates against the President by any means necessary - bribes,payoffs, threats, blackmail, career enhancement , lucrative book deals ( see legal form of political bribes and layoffs) or whatever it takes. The sky is the limit if they turn against Trump
Never seen anything like this in my life time for sure
Work for Trump and the establishment lets you know you are marked for life and will never work in this, or any other, town again. Do a good job for Trump and you may be investigated and indicted like Flynn
Turn against Trump and you have opened the door to a fast track to fame and fortune.
No President in history has had to contend with this kind of undermining and opposition
