This is why as a terrorist I would be lethal. I have the knowledge on how to manufacture botulinum toxin and easily contaminate the water supply of a metropolis. Chlorination would have no effect and by the time the authorities discovered the agent, the hospital would be inundated with the affected and there wouldn't be enough antitoxin in the entire US to save half of the affected. Our water supply is highly vulnerable. Contaminate several water towers at once...pandemonium.
