I don’t think that word means what you think it means

Tell me about it. Just a few grains of that stuff is enough to kill. It’s like saying “Gee, I better not take took much of this cyanide!”
I think he pulled a Jimi Hendrix/Janis Joplin, ie, choked on his own vomit after passing out.
“....with terminal aspiration of gastric contents.” The drugs may have killed him anyway, but according to that sentence in the report, at some point he vomited and inhaled the vomit, and strangled. I once knew a guy who fell out of a tree stand hunting deer, landed on his head and face, and strangled on the contents of his stomach.....in addition to his broken neck.
