Humans are psychologically complex creatures. I have little doubt that any male, once the moral taboo is removed and he’s willing to experiment, could acquire a taste for sex with other men. After all, at the end of the day it is an intimacy between two human beings that plays on the desire to be physically intimate with another person - a desire that is absolutely required for the continuation of the species.
But there is the moral taboo. Also, every single homosexual man I’ve ever gotten to know has some “sexual abuse” in his childhoold. Every single one.
If it turns out that there is a gay gene, the LGBQ crowd will have no choice but to join the pro-life movement.

Of course there isnt’. If gayness was genetically determined the only way queers would have been able to reproduces is by “holding their noses” and having sex with a female. But those who did not would die without passing along their gay genes and the characteristic would be slowly eliminated from the gene pool. Genetics 101.
