Residents blame racially biased policing and a lack of social services. There may be some truth to that, but that's not the whole problem. Until people in those communities own up to the responsibility for their problems and find a way to redeem family life and culture and embrace civilized values, then they'll continue to mourn innocent victims. It's a damned shame that kids have to grow up in that kind of environment.
Note that one young victim and her parents died not from gunshots, but from multiple puncture wounds.

Bingo! Here is the solution, one which the rabid leftist media will never acknowledge, not because they can't, but because they never will. Teach children to respect and uphold the ten commandments. This won't happen in the public schools, it must happen in the family. But what is the chance of that happening with the current state of family structure?
