I’ve never used drugs and I remember all the Canadian prime ministers back to Pierre Trudeau. And, I’ve never heard of Kim Campbell, so I had to look her up. She served 4 months...a mere footnote in Canadian history.
She’s just upset that Trump never grabbed her p===y.
I will give this the thoughtful and diplomatic response it deserves:

I thought they outlawed free speech in Canada. Don’t they arrest people for “hate” speech up there? Oh that’s right just Conservatives.
I am not surprised to read something like this about her. If you (and others here) remember, she and her federal Progressive Conservative ilk will never forgive us as far back as 1992 when we helped to defeat their beloved Charlottetown Accord (which would have given the separatists in Quebec all sorts of goodies that no one else in Canada got) with the “Know More” campaign with Preston Manning. After the vote on Charlottetown, the federal PCs were no longer relevant and that’s why they were demolished in the October 1993 election with her at the helm of that party (the real conservative and pro freedom and pro gun votes went to Reform instead and the Liberals were helped out greatly because of NDP votes going to them, a gift from then Ontario Premier Bob Rae). The same sort of thing happened in 1997 and 2000 (with the Canadian Alliance).
And they also never forgave us for dropping the “Progressive” label from the new Conservative party. And it also does not surprise me that she does not forgive Trump and his voters for defeating Hillary because despite that person’s serious ethical and personal issues, was still much part of the same crowd Campbell belongs to.

Not sure when that shot was taken but she is 72 at this point in time. As I said above she looks to me slightly like Kathy Griffen. Spiritually they the same.
Please accept my apologies for yet another moronic Canadian. For some strange reason, brain-dead Canadians thinks Trump bashing (the more outrageous, the better) gets them entry into some special club. It’s like kids in school who say and do stupid things because they think it makes them look cool. “Oh, look at me. I can bash Trump too! I’m pretty cool, right?”

Well, that same strategy works well for brain-dead washed-up American ex-celebs who've not had their name in print for decades. So it's no surprise their Canadian counterparts follow suit.
