You guys don’t understand. The number that shows on your phone isn’t their number. They use VOIP that allows them to spoof any number they want. There are reports of people even receiving these calls that come from their own number.
Blocking the number is useless. They just switch the number they’re spoofing. The only thing I’ve found to work is to put your phone in Do Not Disturb. Then allow exceptions from your contacts list. IOW, any call from your contacts will go through. All other calls go to voice mail. You do need to make sure you’ve updated your contacts list. Once I started this, my spam calls have dropped from 6-8 a day to 1 or 2 per week. These guys don’t have time to mess with voice mail so they hang up.
I get legit calls as well as scammers. One scammer used a fake caller ID of one of my clients, a major refinery in the Midwest.
Sometimes when I am getting the scammer call and its not from the US I waste a bit of time then say away from the phone
You say NSA has a good trace?
Is the drone near the target?
Good. One Hellfire.
