Anything past the “property line” is felony trespassing and every private property owner has the constitutional right to protect that private property. This slow encroachment onto and into private property is communist ideology.

Anything past the property line is felony trespassing and every private property owner has the constitutional right to protect that private property. And that is in the Constitution where exactly?

Anything past the property line is felony trespassing and every private property owner has the constitutional right to protect that private property. There's no such thing as "felony trespassing" in Ohio. There's Criminal Trespass, which is a 4th degree misdemeanor, as is "disturbing a lawful meeting."
