How many concrete domes are in your region? Seems like the only sensible construction in hurricane territory.
Eggstein would be the only dome dweller(concrete or otherwise) in this hemisphere that I know of with his tricked out gold topped dome thingy down there.
I guess if we swamp critters were sensible Jose, we would move from hurri-cane alley or at least have a back up hacienda like Eggs had out west in the desert.
