So, I guess if you’re on the right, making someone feel insecure is against the law.
If you’re on the left, however, you can try to overthrow a sitting President, allow confidential information to fall into enemy hands and then destroy evidence and lie to cover it up - and, you know, that’s just fine.
And have your brown shirts/street soldiers/antifa, assault citizens who hold “wrong” views & thoughts.
