Two children were killed and at least 11 people were injured when a stabbing suspect driving a stolen police cruiser crashed into two vehicles near a library in Dayton, Ohio, officials said.
The incident Monday evening began when police received a report of a stabbing in the city at about 7:10 p.m., police said, according to NBC affiliate WDTN in Dayton.
The stabbing suspect had fled the scene, and a short time later, police responded to a single-vehicle crash in which the fleeing suspect's vehicle apparently hit a tree. Once again, the suspect fled the scene, but this time in a stolen police cruiser from Riverside, a city several miles east of Dayton, said Dayton police Lt. Col. Eric Henderson.
Three minutes later, the suspect, who was driving at a high speed in the stolen cruiser, crashed into at least two occupied vehicles and several parked cars near the Dayton library, police said. At least 11 people had to be removed from their vehicles after the collision.

I must have missed the part of the story where they talk about what Guns the Murderer used in his Crime.

We need a waiting period and a psychological profile for car buyers.
Perhaps there was a red flag that should have been heeded with this driver.
I saw the video of the officer trying to pull the suspect in the front passenger seat out of the cruiser. Then the car starts moving in reverse. How was this scenario even allowed to happen?!
Too bad the stabbing suspect wasn’t shot at that point, then two children would be alive today. There are other life-threatening injuries so the death toll may rise.

Does the video reveal who dun it? The article makes sure to keep that a secret. There had to be dozens of witnesses. Are “reporters” incapable of asking them questions?

Man stabbed father before deadly police cruiser theft, friend says; video shows encounter
A man stabbed his father multiple times Monday night before stealing a police cruiser that crashed and killed two children, injuring 10 others, according to the father’s best friend.
Surveillance video obtained by News Center 7 shows a struggle inside a black Chevrolet pickup truck at 7:08 p.m. and following the apparent attack a man exits from the driver’s side door and walks down Xenia. The black pickup truck, which belongs to the stabbing victim, then drives off.
Jason Butts said he spoke with Lloyd “Bear” Walters, the stabbing victim, early Tuesday from the hospital, where he is recovering from multiple stab wounds to the face and body.
A Dayton police incident report regarding the stabbing on Xenia Street lists Lloyd Walters, 60, as the complainant. Butts and Lloyd Walters are neighbors.
Lloyd Walters told Butts that his son, Raymond Walters, stabbed him Monday evening in a truck on Xenia Street. Lloyd Walters escaped from the truck and his son fled, according to Butts, 47.
Raymond Walters has not been named by police.
He had been released from state prison earlier this month, Butts said, and moved in with his father on Boltin Street.
