(FLINT, Mich.) Four pro-life supporters from out of town, have been bound over to Genesee County circuit court on charges of trespassing and resisting arrest at a Flint Township abortion clinic.
Lauren Handy of Louisiana, Will Goodman of Wisconsin and Matthew Connolly and Patrice Woodworth of Minnesota, all face felony charges.
They were arrested in June, after being forcibly removed from the Women's Center Clinic in Flint Township.
They were repeatedly asked to leave but lied on the ground and went limp, as officers carried them away.

They were repeatedly asked to leave but lied on the ground and went limp, Ah, yes - public school education rears its lovely, Marxist head. This from a "professional wordsmith".

They were repeatedly asked to leave but lied on the ground and went limp, as officers carried them away. If they were Leftists protesting a coal-fired electric facility or nuclear plant NBC would be cheering them and the story would be written to make them look like heroes.

WTF?? FELONY charges for trespassing & resisting arrest??
Not only is there no Justice in our just-us system; it’s COMPLETELY wonked.
Antifa mob == ‘vehicular manslaughter’ trying to get away == 400 YEARS, but a murderer gets 9yrs. for shooting a cop
I’d love to live long enough to see an attempt @ a return of our Republic

but lied on the ground They were not telling the truth on the ground? How is their connection with the dirt relevant to their veracity? Reporters are all graduates of Public School. Grammar is not taught in PS anymore. Grammar is racist.

“”Not sure how I feel about this tactic, its peaceful but still trespassing none the less.””
But felony? That doesn’t make sense.

If AntiFa beats you bloody, they won’t even arrest them.

I wonder why it's a felony? FACE?
Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act
The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act is a United States law that was signed by President Bill Clinton in May 1994.
It prohibits the following three things:
- the use of physical force, threat of physical force, or physical obstruction to intentionally injure, intimidate, interfere with or attempt to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person who is obtaining reproductive health services or providing reproductive health services,
- the use of physical force, threat of physical force, or physical obstruction to intentionally injure, intimidate, interfere with or attempt to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person who is exercising or trying to exercise their First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship,
- the intentional damage or destruction of a reproductive health care facility or a place of worship.
Wikipedia
It was passed 25 years ago but rarely been used, why? I wonder if it's because juries usually think a Federal Felony may be an overreach?
Or does the state of Michigan also have a FACE act?
