Got his MD at SUNY Brooklyn in 1967. LOL
SUNY medical schools were taking in art and music majors then. Some were enumerate.
Good idea to avoid any physician who trained there during that time. It’s even worse now.
“Today, the SUNY Downstate College of Medicine is committed to educating doctors from all backgrounds for a diverse workforce in the fight against health disparities.”
Bandy Lee let her license in Connecticut lapse. She didn’t like doing the continuing education, she was too busy. She did keep her New York license although she works in Connecticut. Plus, she is so good she doesn’t need to keep up with the literature. (One could make the case that not much is changing in psychiatry anyway.)
You are supposed to have a medical license in the state where you are working. She doesn’t. That is like Elizabeth Warren in Massachusetts. She has no license in Massachusetts and claims she doesn’t need one because she is at the Harvard Law School and really just does consulting - as a lawyer working for big corporations!
Silly licensing rules are just for the little people, not for elite liberals.
