But (I don’t know the answer here) if to pursue a RICO case, could it be that even pardoned activities are still useful to show a pattern of conduct?
I don’t remember any actual source other than speculation that 0bola gave pardons to anyone. Does anyone remember Q alluding to that?
And then there’s the question - can a president who is guilty of participating in crimes pardon others who also particpated in the crimes?

To me, worrying about unknown pardons is creating anxiety for no reason. If anyone has seen a source that is other than “maybe he did” maybe post it?
If Pardons were issued they must be recorded somewhere. DJT & Co. would be fully aware of them. IMHO the Pardons could be used in RICO. The pardons are part of the conspiracy.
