The last two weeks has heard the planting of seeds for doom in the gap left by Barr, who has all along been saying less to nothing I can name about justice, or about justice being served, while from the beginning he is heard emphasizing that “political spying has occurred”, in his testimonies on the hill and in reports and interviews, and about ending politicization of departments and political charges.
That was writing on the wall for critics and friends like the Di Genovas’ to expect no drama or satisfaction.
God, how I hope Barr surprises me, but we’re fools to not be braced, once again, for Run Amock and no justice, but plenty of Two Tiered Justice remains.
Because, evidently, for the Left it Always Pays.

This is how I see it Rita...either THEY do something or WE do something.
There are only a few more straws to go before the camel back breaks. I’m hoping this administration has good instinct, cause things could get ugly if they don’t
Copying ransomnote’s excellent comment below. I also replied about that DiGenova statment but ransom’s is much better than mine.

I was so disappointed to hear DiGenova say Barr is not inclined to make political prosecutions, his focus is to restore confidence in the system and process.

Ive only used the terms political prosecution to identify prosecutions conducted for political reasons instead of justice. Michael Flynn would be, in my book, a political prosecution - done to tar a political party and POTUS but not for legitimate reasons.
So Barrs focus on restoring confidence in the system makes sense to me, and its why things are taking so long. WHile the good guys must have heard about crimes committed, they arent going to act on those assertions without all the legal back and forth such cases NORMALLY receive. They know things they technically cant know so they wait for it to make its way into the legal system without expediting it because it would be cast as a rush to judgement, kangaroo court or political prosecution instead of lawful accountability.

I just can't see what would have been the point of all the leaks to Sarah Carter etc. ... all the confident statements by tbe BEST politicians about justice coming ... and WHAT ABOUT Q???
What about, "This can never be allowed to happen to any President again!" by POTUS himself?
I do think we may have our hopes exagerated when we dream of locking up the whole Obama WH team ... but I cannot believe they're just going to say: "NEVER MIND."
Some people HAVE GOT TO GO DOWN FOR TREASON (or properly worded indictment that we recognize as the most radical abuse of power imaginable).
