I left home at an early age, and never went to college, and had a number life changing experiences. So the indoctrination from family didn’t take well, and I was saved from institutional indoctrination via higher education.
i did question my own upbringing for a while but decided it wan’t that bad after all. we did go to a christian college and are still friends with many of our friends from that time. my son is also friends with many of their kids. but my sons refused to go to college, which was fine with us. we didn’t like what we were seeing there anyway. so many liberal professors and sadly, we have seen so many kids go in conservative and come out liberal.
