So: what now? Is that it or do you think he'll get charged with a crime? "Violating employee policy" isn't exactly the same thing as breaking the law, is it?
McCabe's referral resulted in him being fired. Well, Trump already fired Comey, so they can't fire him again.
McCabe's lying to investigators behavior is (per this weeks news stories) still being discussed by the DOJ. It would be so great if he was indicted - then I would hold out some slim hope that Comey gets indicted too.
But, being realistic, I think McCabe will not be indicted, and Comey will not be indicted either. I doubt the Office of Professional Responsibility will do anything. What can they do? Cut his pension? Fat chance!
