Trump may have been the ultimate target but there were hundreds of FISA unmaskings. Lots of people were spied on. I think the extent and breadth of political surveillance is going to surprise most Americans when it finally comes out.
This was a big operation. And it had to be run from a very high place. Just saying.
FISA court whose stated purpose was to protect Americans, and so given extraordinary powers, in fact turned out to be a part of the secret police wing of the government, whose sole purpose was to illegally spy on innocent Americans for political purposes.
The entire Patriot Act should be repealed.
