Typically what happens in these cases is that conservative parents simply want to let their children find their own way. They think their kids will go to sites like FR, CNN, and others, weigh the points being raised, and then decide who’s making sense and who is full of crap.
Unfortunately, it’s not that simple. Kids will NOT do the above. Instead kids will tend to believe/trust those around them...and if it’s Leftist school teachers (are there any others?) and usually Leftist friends. Not to mention the HARD LEFT pressure cooker called college, particularly if they live on campus.
So it’s up to conservative parents to GUIDE THEIR KIDS, then you’re much less likely to get Taylor Swift types (although any outcome is possible). Don’t force-feed, but also don’t be afraid to tell them their simply wrong, should they repeat liberal crap.
And take them shooting once they’re old enough.
I think Taylor, knowing what would happen if she ever said a Conservative word, decided it was much easier to just be a commie lover and get love from the commie press and the far left..do I think she agrees with the garbage that comes out of her mouth, who knows, but I think for her career she had no choice
I contact my Congressman and request copies of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. I get about 50 every 6 months and hand them out to my son’s friends and anyone else who is interested. All for free by asking.
