If the article is read in neutral, one might think the poor elderly doctor (I can say that as I believe that is one of the plaintiffs’ contentions) was held, for 16 hours, in a cage, and he was handcuffed the whole time!! OMG, the cruelness.
I suspect this couple may have had a slight case of entitle-itis and felt they were treated in a less than regal manner. Bah! We already have a two-tiered justice system. I see no need for a third, tourist class. ;)
It could also be that a Delta flight attendant in New Orleans with a chip on her shoulder saw an elderly, well-to-do white man and got trigger-happy to push the red button instead of helping him.
But anyway, this was 2016, why no cell phone video?
