A very close mutual friend was with David 2 weeks ago. As they parted David said to xxxxxxx I don’t think I will be seeing you again. David was a fighter and fought until the very last, by all statistics he should have left this world 4 or 5 years ago.
David was in a lot of pain for the past couple of years but he was still working 4 - 5 hours a day 7 days a week until about a month ago. RIP!
Koch was diagnosed 27 years ago and given 5 years to live.
