Yes, it sounds crazy-koo koo-bananas, but yes it is credible. When it comes to the FBI and the CIA they believe end justifies means. They have Black(virtually unlimited) Budgets.
This is the impression that I have had for years. Not just now, since Obama politicized many agencies. I think these top spy agencies have always been this way.
I used to hear about LSD experiments with unsuspecting people done in the 1960’s.
Similar experiments, again on unsuspecting innocent Americans but this time, with Gonorrhea given to a group of black men.
Lots of those experiments, including one in which they sprayed bacterial aerosol on cities.
It was syphilis, in the Tuskeegee experiments.
And remember: LSD was legal until 1967 (as I read long ago).
