I somehow have a feeling Byrne is a patsy and is being used to make it look like Hitlary was being investigated as well. When in fact, she was not being investigated but rather pushing the investigation through false documents. If she was being truly investigated then Comey would have never given her subordinates immunity nor would he have allowed them to be in the interrogation room. He might be telling us what he was told or what he heard so in his mind Hitlary was part of the investigation along with Cruz and Rubio, but only Trump was investigated.
