Was your issue the same, that you could get other websites, but FR would not load? If so, let me know. Maybe I could then convince Comporium, her service provider to bring her a new modem. In our small town, they are the only option, and they provide their own combo modem/router in the hook-up.

Yes it was the same. I could load all other sites, just not FR.
