Thank you for the link. It’s a concise discussion of the issue.

It’s only “the law” by an intentional misreading of the actual law. The Democrats obstinate insistence that administrative fiat is law doesn’t make it so. Trump could change the administrative requirements through executive order and force the issue. Of course, he should wait until he appoints the next justice.
