I don’t watch many movies but I did like Matrix 1. Two and three were one-time thoughts.
I also liked “Equilibrium” with Christian Bale in 2002.
My top 5 movies, in no order:
Happy Gilmore
Equilibrium
Hell or High Water
Gladiator
Wind River
I can’t think of any other I’d watch again. I bought a lot of movies when I was single because the critics told me they were great. I haven’t cracked a single one open a second time, except for the ones above (and maybe My Fair Lady and Life is Beautiful).

I rarely watch a movie twice. Unless my wife wants to and it’s been a few years. (Well, except for “It’s a Wonderful Life” which we watch every Christmas.)
An exception was “Wind River”. Watched it upon the recommendation of my daughter. Then watched it a few weeks later when she was home. Then again after she had left. Great movie. Now that you reminded me .....
My wife prefers Star Wars and the action hero movies but she’s happy to save those for “girls’ night out”.
She does like all of my top 5, except Happy Gilmore.
Neo puts on a wig and a leather dress and flies around cracking a whip at Agents.

WAS kinda hot but only with the right camera angle, else she was more like a "handsome woman", that is, the wrong angle and she looked like a man. Now she looks like Lilith Crane's mom. Gonna take a LOT of makeup and careful camera work to have her play opposite Keanu who still looks like he's in his mid 30s. They'll probably make him look older. Probably be the two of them having been leaders for quite a few years and then they'll have a couple of new heroes for the action

Because no one can come up with a new story. It’s shameful. And these actors should refuse to do them.
The original was great; the sequels were not. I just hope the 4th isn’t political — unless it portrays the Leftist media as keeping people from knowing what is reality.
As much as I agree that the first (including tipof the hat to The Prisoner) was great, it too was seething with the intersectional BS.

I’ve never minded his movies. I loved “Point Break”.
About 10-12 years ago, I heard a rumor (can’t remember the source) that there was gonna be a sequel of the movie with both him and Patrick Swayze reprising their roles.
Allegedly, Swayze was supposed to have not drowned at the end of the movie and was back to robbing banks with a new crew. Reaves was supposed to be the one who hunted him down.
I think the sequel would have been good.
I sure do miss Patrick Swayze.
