He is the heir to the Greek bottling arm which also has acquired eastern europe and moved their HQ to Switzerland. It is the third largest of the foreign bottlers and is about 15% the size of the main company. Actually, I believe that The Coca-Cola Company owns about 18% of his company.
Coca-Cola owns the North American arm but they franchised bottlers all over the world. Most they sold off but some they kept for themselves like Coca-Cola Philippines.
