***WAPO reports that 8 bureau staffers and supervisors at the jail knew that Epstein was not to be left alone in his cell***

I have barely followed the Epstein saga, especially following his death. He is lost to us and whatever value he possessed is lost. We know the govt is peopled by the incompetent and the corrupt - yet so many citizens consider the govt as their saviour.

Epstein is a classic symptom of a country in decline. Either the citizenry will rise up and take their govt back, or tyranny will continue to flourish. I heard a story yesterday of a jury in Washington state; I didn't get all the details but apparently there was a shooting (murder?) The police gave chase and captured a young black man with the weapon in the car. The jury found him guilty. A judge threw out the jury's verdict declaring that the jury was racist.

This is the sort of justice we are seeing as the Constitution loses more and more ground. Who would spend their time on a jury under such circumstances? Why should cops investigate a Jussie Smollett? Why would a jurist such as Kavanaugh aspire to the Supreme Court? Why should cops on NYC, Baltimore, Ferguson, Mo. pursue their duty?

Slowly and assuredly a new system of unconstitutional justice is creeping on and staining our fabric of social order. I get the impression that the citizens of Washington are comfortable with their new system of justice. If they - or someone - do not insist on restoring Constitutional order then they will end up living in an unjust tyranny.

Jeffrey Epstein has now gone before the Judge of the universe. All his charm, all his money, all his corrupt influence will avail him nothing. We are left in his wake, left to decide what sort of society we want to live in.

It is becoming a time for hard choices.

I read your comment carefully.

There are two ways to reclaim our constitutional republic.

1. They way Trump and the white hats are doing it.

2. With the military doing it.

People can’t do it. The behemoth is too huge, too embedded in states, counties, education, various levels of justice systems, foundations, political hierarchies and so on, has too much wealth and power for individuals or groups of individuals to overturn and clean it out.

Massing in the streets won’t do it. Writing letters won’t do it. Boycotting won’t do it. Out-antifa-ing antifa won’t work.

It will take raw power to get the country back. The power of good guys in government as Trump is trying to do, or the military rolling up its sleeves and doing a coup. I see no other option.

And Trump’s method is not finished yet. I have hope his method will work.
