You’re the one twisting things. First saying that Sperry was tweeting heresay, then implying that Sperry was suggesting Graham’s proper role is as prosecutor.

Graham’s committee has the power to reveal and make clear to the public wrongdoing that would lead to prosecution. He’s not opting to do that. You can interpret that as some sort of happy thing if you want, but it is what it is.

I have to come down on your side of this. Not the argument, but the analysis of LG. He is definitely acting ... restrained.
He’s either leaving things to the professionals to act or he’s dealing with influences we aren’t aware of.

Very concerned seems to think that unless Graham says so, the DOJ won’t prosecute.

Or that the DOJ isn’t already working on it.

Jeez.
