who is Kathy Hall?
She's a whistleblower on Child Protective Services, and she was a friend of Linda Collins Smith, the ex-state senator who was also a whistleblower on Arkansas CPS. Collins Smith was about to go public with her evidence when she was murdered back in June.
Kathy Hall was going to D.C. for a meeting and disappeared for about 36 hours. No one could get in touch with her. Reporter Patrick Howley was helping to search for her and tweeted updates. They finally located her, alive and well, but she'd had a traumatic experience and said "they tried something". She hasn't explained what happened publicly yet.
