Haven’t seen any stats on that, though I’d be shocked if those of Peruvian descent, for example, born in the US reach the national average.
But of course a lot of our Hispanic youth weren’t born here and there is overall a sizable difference for Mexican Americans, for example:

Meh, I remember when everyone thought Asians were short. Now, Japanese and Chinese kids are as tall as Germans. Given the huge surge of immigrants over the last 20 years, dropping 1/10th of an inch hardly means anything, when some of these immigrants are in the 4-foot range.
