I don't think that's correct. Barron's unusual, but I think most 13 year old boys would fall between 5'5" and 5'10", some above and below.

Heck, I was around 5'8' as were several friends. Don't remember any who were still only 5’2".

That can’t be right, can it? I wonder with so many of our school-age children now being Hispanic if that is pulling down our averages.

I think my husband and brothers had their growth spurts near 14. Husband was 5’11” at that age. I think one brother kept growing into his 20s.
